We offer classes for all levels, mix intervals of plyometric, aerobic, anaerobic, and strength training with boxing fundamentals.



Morning Classes

Mondays, Wednesday
10am – 11:30am

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
9am – 10:30am

10am – 11:30am


Afternoon Classes

Monday- Friday
6pm – 7:30pm

7:30pm - 8:30

A typical class may include any of the following training methods:

Cardio—jump rope, plyometric & lateral movement drills

Strength—endurance training, abdominal conditioning, pull ups, push ups, wall sits

Boxing—heavy bag, speed bag, shadow boxing, stance drills


Arrive 15 minutes early for class*, get your hands wrapped, stretch, and warm up. All new students are required to sign a waiver. Remove any rings before coming to class. Bring a towel and bottle of water. Coach Milk provides hand wraps, gloves and jump ropes but you are welcome to bring your own.


*This is a requirment for new students so they have time to fill out the paper work before the workout begins.
